Further explorations after hw3

Hi, i may have missed this out. I have some after-thoughts from hw3.

Assuming we have selected the best trained model after running Flexynesis on command-line:

1. How may we load the model (*pth) to do prediction on an entirely new dataset (i.e. to predict for Erlotinib response ), and to run the prediction on command-line?

2. How may we prepare the new dataset files prior to running the prediction step? Assuming best model is trained using data types mutation, rna and target variable Erlotinib.

Thank you for the advice and in clarifying my doubts.
