Conda Defaults Channel in environment.yaml #6
Description
Conda's defaults channel requires a paid license for some users including NGOs with more than 200 employees.
It is made use of in the environment.yaml channel.
I tested building the environment using conda-forge and bioconda only, which worked.
Potentially even bioconda can be omitted.
