Needle plot improvements

• Problem with gene name display. We are going to check if you can remove the labels as they are set on the legend @luissian
• Add protein annotation besides gene.
• Add aminoacid change besides effect when over.
• Add number of samples used for each lineage in lineage plot.
• Try to add PFAM annotation to see changes in protein domains.
