Create module to be able to update Nextstrain on the platform

As per the title, a new module should be created in the tools so that newly analysed data is directly copied so that updated data is always displayed on the Nextstrain's tab of the platform. This entails fixing the procedure by which the installation of Nextstrain is done, since right now it's quite outdated.
