Changelog enhancements #40

Hello,
The readme.txt for the changelog is not rightly formated, we need to be :
- From the latest changes to the oldest
- Format the entries better
Example : https://github.com/Rahe/simple-image-sizes/blob/master/readme.txt#L51
In my opinion we also can change like this : CHANGELOG.md file into the repository with all the version, into the readme.txt only the latest version changes + a link to the CHANGELOG.md file with all the version changes.
