Improve Keyboard Navigation #367
Description
Expected behavior:
- TAB cycles through interactive UI elements, focusing them (already the case)
- SPACE activates/toggles the focused UI element (already the case)
- ENTER submits the current form/view/page (currently behaves identical to SPACE press)
