Hello, while reviewing the pipeline, I realized that the script rna_seq_presence_absence.R isn't available. Is there any way to access it ?

Thanks for pointing this out, and sorry for the late reply!

It looks like rna_seq_presence_absence.R is no longer in our repository history — it was likely removed over 7 years ago before we migrated from GitLab to GitHub. Unfortunately, the README still references it, but it hasn’t been updated in a long time.

If you want to understand how the pipeline currently works, the best reference is the Makefile. We’ll work on updating the README to reflect the current state of the project.

In the meantime, feel free to open GitHub issues for code-related questions, or reach out to us by email for more general inquiries.
