Regenerate files for Monarch initiative

The code to generate the files for Monarch need to be reactivated, and the files regenerated.

See org.bgee.pipeline.expression.downloadfile.GenerateRankFile.

Summary:

• Only presence of expression with ranks
• One type of files with only anat. entities, one type of files with anat. entities and stages.
• One file per species and data types (with one file being "all data types"), see org.bgee.pipeline.expression.downloadfile.GenerateRankFile.main(String[])
