Which is hard to determine, but could be done by retrieving it and seeing if there's a next? Or if the total annotations in the page are equal to the total annotations in the container?

Hrm... total is a SHOULD...

The ideal (I suppose) would be to browse the entire collection page by page and check 'em all. 😝

I'll 💭 about it.
