Customer not redirected to woocommerce native checkout if country not allowed.

We have a merchant that has had an issue where they had a customer from the netherlands that tried to make a purchase, they had paypal enabled as a security for just this sort of thing but instead of getting redirected to the native woocommerce module were they shown our page with an error message.

Would a better approach in this case to automatically redirect the user to the native woocommerce module if we receive an error message.
