[Feature request] Create user interface for viewing specimens flagged by GBIF as having data quality issues

GBIF tracks data quality metrics (e.g., here: https://www.gbif.org/dataset/f56df26e-73f5-4d37-bfed-3d46c0834e82/metrics). It would be nice if there were a user interface _within_ a Symbiota portal where you could see these flags and immediately navigate to all the specimens that have that data quality issue, especially if it is something that could be batch fixed.
