I was wondering if is possible to use MeShClust with Sanger sequences as input data? I have ~600 sequences of full fungal ITS region ~650 bp. I looked online, however, I couldn't find information about the nature of the data.
Thanks for your help,
Carolina Páez

The only requirement is the your sequences must be in FASTA format. If you still have any issues with the data format please email me a file with few samples, and I will try it out. My email is hzgirgis at buffalo.edu.
