Overview

Currently the documentation for this project lives inside the README. There should be some form of documentation outside of the README that covers how to configure and use the metrics-agent. The documentation should also include detailed examples and provide solid baselines so that users can get up and running quickly but understand how to adjust the collectors as needed.
