Starting with version 2.12.0, emojis that NN returns have encoding problems and are not forwarded correctly
For example: this is a 🐛 emoji: рџђ›

On older versions everything works correctly

This started with version 2.12.0. I can assume that it is related to the system language and the encoding that Windows uses by default for my language. As I understand it, these characters are an erroneous interpretation of UTF-8 as Windows-1251
