Reenable armv7 build for `gl-client-py`

We temporarily disabled the armv7 build for `gl-client-py` as github had some issues fetching valid manifest for their architecture.
Steps to reenable armv7:
- [ ] un-comment the armv7 line in `.github/workflows/python.yml`
