[Suggestion][Annoyance Mute] Add Giantsoul Amulet Teleport Sound to Mute List

Please add Giantsoul amulet teleport sound ID -10193 to Annoyance Mute plugin.

Also searching for Evil Bob meow sound ID to reco muting/eval code if recent update to how pets were muted might have mattered. Might have been fixed but over the last week but also could just not have had random event recently.

Looks like evil bob uses the same ID as the pet sounds. Could be related. Will follow up if I still hear the issue in game on next random evil bob event.

For this teleport, does it play the sound when other players teleport too or does the player that cast it hear it only?

Can hear others areas sound for the giantsoul tele.

Annoyance Mute Evil Bob follow up -
Kept the random event hider misc option enabled, Evil Bob Random Event spawned w/ Bob muted, turned off Random event hider, sound returned, turned on annoyance mute random events option and sound remained.
