[Smart Metronome] Request to merge existing PRs

I was hoping to get Colosseum and ToA added to Smart Metronome so I had a look and noticed that they were already there as open PRs.

If you could do any of the following I'd appreciate it:

1. Merge the open PRs for the Smart Metronome plug-in
2. Add me as a collaborator so that I can merge the PRs (as per the plugin takeover policy)
