Update workshops for linkerd 2.12 #8
Description
linkerd 2.12 has dropped and has some significant changes, especially related to helm installs. It would be great if these workshops were updated so that they continue to work with the current release. A prime example would be the linkerd-in-production workflow and the create.sh script.
