Add Support for Python 3.14

[Python 3.14](https://docs.python.org/3/whatsnew/3.14.html) has been released a month ago. A month should be enough time for dependencies to support it.

- [ ] [Verify](https://pyreadiness.org/3.14/) that all dependencies work in python 3.14
- [ ] Then update `pyproject.toml` and other related files (github actions etc.)
