-Added commands to MCIP script to tar/zip dly files -Added redirect to /dev/null for rm command in soilMatch script to suppress warning so FileRunner does not kill process -Updated FileRunner to handle SLURM -Updated Constants and FileRunner to handle individual process batch specifications
- Added filename for NDep netcdf file to spinup script - Modified NDEP_DIR
