Lack of projection precision in the satellite map layer

Describe the bug
Noticeable discrepancy between the satellite map layer and other GIS layers from shapefiles in VERDI 2.2.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Load "wrf_usgs_tx1km_04112012.nc" into VERDI GUI from /data/model/
2. Click on 'wrf_usgs_tx1km_04112012.nc_1" and double-click on variable "LANDMASK".
3. Click on "Tile Plot"
4. Go to "GIS Layers" on the top menu of the tile plot, then click "Add Map Layers" and choose "Roads" and "Satellite".
5. Notice the discrepancy between the main roads in "Roads" shapefiles and those from satellite images. It seems like the satellite images shifted a bit towards south.

Expected behavior
Main roads overlay exactly with those from satellite images.

Another way to look at this discrepancy is to look at the consistency between values of "LANDMASK" in the input dataset and the ones in the satellite image. Notice the waterbody (value =0) in at the top of the domain, then add the satellite map layer.

Tested with VERDI_2.2_linux64_20250818.tar.gz on Atmos, confirmed that this issue has resolved.
