Adaptive Bitrate based on Bandwidth/Packet Loss

Hello,

Is it possible to enable an adaptive bitrate based on the current connection metrics? I want the stream to continue at good quality despite the changing bandwidth.

My hope was something like:

• % Bandwidth based: set bitrate to be 50% of the available bandwidth
• packet loss based: halve bitrate whenever packetloss exceeds 0.5%

Thanks for your help. If this isn't possible with Ultragrid I would appreciate any other P2P streaming options that do!
