new issue with my XCMS workflow

I am posting here a new issue I have with my XCMS workflow. This time, the error concerns the tool "xcms findChromPeaks (xcmsSet)
". Here is the error message, which is the same for all my files :

this is most likely related to an unexpected issue with storage that has been swiftly resolved but failed some jobs, please rerun the job and it should finish fine

Hi, this isn't the case. The error is about a missing input file, which is stored using an incorrect path in the input file as a string. To be honest, I don't know if the trouble is in the tool or in the input file format. However, together they seem not to be designed to be used by Galaxy+Pulsar. As you can see, the missing file path is located in the brno11-elixir storage, but of another job, not the current one. Specifically, it's the job ID of the job that created the input file. That's all I got.
