Extension does not generate any lesion map #12

Dear,
I'm trying to use your extension of slicer 4.10.2 on MacOSx. The program performs the registration but it does not generate the lesion map. More in details, the program shows the step "Simulation MS lesion map" but the lesion map is never generated.
Can you please provide some information describing how to resolve this issue ?
