FilterMask for T1 should take care of hypointense "dark-holes" with lower size #8
Description
The T1 images are being simulated with the full FLAIR label lesion size.
- The hypointense T1 "dark-holes" are defined as smallaer in size when compared with FLAIR images.
A special lesion mask should be created for T1 images in order to address this issue.
