Add fingerprint scanner support for Validity Sensors 138a:0097

Hello CachyOS Team,

I'm using CachyOS on a Lenovo ThinkPad T470. The built-in fingerprint scanner is a Validity Sensors, Inc. device with USB ID 138a:0097.

Unfortunately, it is not currently supported by libfprint/fprintd.

However, there's an active community project called Validity90 that enables partial support for this device. Could you consider packaging this tool or patching libfprint to support this device out-of-the-box?

It would help a lot of users with ThinkPads and similar hardware.
