Unable to Add New Zoom Element After Deleting a Previous One

Description

When a zoom element is added to the timeline and then deleted, it becomes impossible to add another zoom element afterward — but only when a Scene track is part of the timeline.
Attempting to insert a new zoom action has no effect until the entire window is refreshed.

Expected behavior:
After deleting a zoom element, the user should be able to immediately add another zoom element to the timeline without refreshing.

This bug interrupts workflow and forces users to reload the app, which may lead to lost progress or unnecessary delays.

Reproduction

1. Ensure there is a Scene track present in the timeline.
2. Add a zoom element to the timeline.
3. Delete the zoom element.
4. Attempt to add a new zoom element.
5. Observe that the new element cannot be added unless the window is refreshed.
