Update installation from source for windows

The instructions for installation are long

There was a section with a shorter version, but it had a bad link.

-We've developed an unconventional method for installing the dependencies needed for the Windows 64 version that seems to be reliable and that has far fewer steps than the traditional method. You're welcome to try it: Experimental-64-bit-Windows-developer-install Afterwards, you will need to install the javabridge and python-bioformats packages:

- pip install javabridge
- pip install python-bioformats
