Migration path for Centos8

Hi Everyone!

As our first discussion post, we have the not-contentious-at-all topic of centos8 😄
Centos8 will become EOL on December 31st., so any sites using it as a base-os will cease to receive security updates.

We're currently investigating what the least disruptive migration path is for such sites. The main candidates currently appear to be a migration either to centos stream 8, or to rocky linux.
