The output of the JS implementation gives duplicated solutions.

Input: findSubarrays([2, 5, 3, 10], 30)
Output: [ [ 2 ], [ 2, 5 ], [ 2, 5 ], [ 5, 3 ], [ 5, 3 ], [ 10 ] ]
