PoC for Zinnia modules built using Rust/WASM

A minimal version of #74, allowing us to deploy a Rust/WASM checker module to the network.

• Call Zinnia & Web APIs from Rust WASM module

Bindings will be generated at ./lib/<crate-name>.js:

After we land #717 and #722, it should be possible to import directly from WASM files:

Please start with extracting https://github.com/CheckerNetwork/runtime-poc/tree/main/deno-core into a new GitHub repository in your personal account and update that old example to use the latest features available in Zinnia and Deno, as described in #706 (comment) and https://deno.com/blog/intro-to-wasm.

Once we agree on the desired developer experience for building WASM modules running on Zinnia, we can discuss what to change on the Zinnia side and whether we want to bring your example (or parts of it) into the Zinnia repository.

Note: we haven't released a new Zinnia version with the Deno upgrade yet; you must build the Zinnia CLI from the source code.
