FIX: [CADT] Unit XLSX download is not a valid file

Reported from a CADT customer:
Also, there's a bug on the units page here - https://observer.climateactiondata.org/#/units, sheet downloaded isn't a valid file. I'm a programmer so if you could direct me to source, might help fixing it. Projects download works just fine.
