Release Candidates

Since the V3 release, the project is production-grade, facilitated by the extensive test suite and narrow project scope.

With that said, it may be necessary in the future to hold off on releases, and instead do release candidates. This would also assist with establishing release schedules and/or more predictable release cadence.
