Legacy (Xorg, I think) applications are not themed properly by global theming on Gnome

Describe the bug

Legacy applications don't follow the theme and, from looking at Gnome tweaks, this is because their theme is set to HighContrastInverse as a result of the script.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Apply global theming on Gnome system;
2. Open legacy applications, such as Signal Desktop
3. See error.

Expected behavior

The theming is also applied to these apps.

This issue is edited all over because I figured out the problem later, so don't bother seeing the previous iteration.

I just noticed now that this is also happening to all Xorg applications' tool bars.

global theming for gnome only applies to gtk applications and gnome itself, it does not apply to 3rd party applications that do not use gtk.

as i said in my message its due to the applications not being GTK-based

I don't get it. The problem is that the script sets legacy application theming to High Contrast instead of LegacyAdwaita and it is solved by simply manually changing it back to LegacyAdwaita. It's not about non-gtk apps being unthemed.
