Problem in encoding (TR)

Translation works, encoding not. Some of words from turkish language (ş,ö,ç,İ,ı) don't work in game.

I've never seen the issue before - I may need to reencode everything.

I had similar problems in another mod to my language. Then a guy told me to change the ENCODING to ANSI in the Text editor before saving and it solved my problem. Try a different encoding if that doesn't work.
