🐞 Bug: Dropdown Menu Hover/Click Behavior Not Working as Expected In Navbar

Describe the bug

The dropdown menu () behaves inconsistently when using both hover and click interactions. On hover, the menu sometimes delays or fails to open. After clicking, hover no longer reliably opens/closes the menu.

Steps to Reproduce

1)Go to the page with the navbar dropdown.

2)Hover over the menu button.

3)Click the menu button.

4)Hover out and hover back in.

5)Notice inconsistent open/close behavior.
