Enhancement Description
Workflow should follow these criterias
Assign the assignees on the opened issues
- Work on newly created issues, labelled isssues, unlabelled issues, edited issues and reopen issues
- Assign the issue to issue creator on "Yes" on the question of issue template "Would you like to work on this issue?"
- Assign the issue on commenting
/assignin the issue comments - Remove the label
up-for-grabsand addStatus: Assigned - Assign issue to another contributor, if issue is not assigned yet and contains
up-for-grabslabel on contributor demand./assign - Set the timeline for the issue assigned with the labels
priority: high, medium, lowas3, 6, 8days respectively. If exceeded, remove assignee and assigned label and add up-for-grabs label - Give 1 day prior notification to contributor before unassign.
Restrictions
- Don't assign more than 2 issues and warned contributor on raising more new issues or on commenting more than 2 issues.
