This project is an advanced dietician website built using React.js and Tailwind CSS, providing users with personalized health programs, fitness plans, and curated recipes. It includes a fully functional BMR calculator to assist users in calculating their daily caloric needs based on their fitness goals. Additionally, the website integrates random recipe suggestions from a dynamically sourced CSV file, offering a rich and varied diet plan experience.

The site is designed with a modern, professional aesthetic featuring:

• Social media integration for enhanced user engagement.
• Feedback collection through Email.js, enabling seamless user communication.
• Lottie animations to improve user interaction and overall UX.

This project stands out with its focus on blending advanced dietary tools with an engaging, user-friendly interface.
