I enhanced the Code of Conduct file to improve readability, accessibility, and community appeal.
Changes made:

πŸ“ Reformatted the structure β†’ clear headings, spacing, and sections for easier navigation.

πŸ”– Added badges β†’ visual indicators to highlight important guidelines and project values.

πŸ˜€ Included emojis β†’ to make the tone more welcoming, less rigid, and community-driven.

🎬 Added a relevant GIF β†’ gives the document a more modern, engaging look.

🧹 Cleaned up redundant text β†’ reduced clutter and made the language concise.

Why this change?
The Code of Conduct is often the first impression contributors get about a project. A visually appealing and accessible format encourages people to actually read it, understand it, and feel comfortable participating.
