Issue Assignment to Contributors

Please note that if an issue is opened by some contributor, then it will be assigned to them first and if they are NOT able to open a PR within 7 days of opening the issue, then it will be assigned to some other contributor. The same goes for other issues opened by the maintainer in the 'First Come, First Serve' manner, as in, the first person asking for the issue to be assigned will be the assignee for that issue and in case, they cannot open a PR in 7 days, the issue will be assigned to other people.
