--> Implemented logic to disable the FiPlus add button when a PDF file is already uploaded, ensuring users can only upload one PDF at a time. --> Added a tooltip that appears on hover beside the disabled icon, displaying a formal message: “Only one PDF file is permitted.”

📌 Purpose
Previously, uploading a second PDF threw an error.
Now, the FiPlus button is disabled after one PDF is uploaded, with a tooltip saying “Only one PDF file is permitted.”appears on hover.
