https://www.iorad.com/ could be a quick and simple way of creating a functional prototype of a website tutorial.

https://www.lacounts.org is an open data initiative that focuses on telling stories with open data that I was briefly involved with last year. It has grown significantly since then.
- https://github.com/compilerla/scdc/blob/master/index.md is an RFP for that was put together for this portal. Perhaps this could be useful for Boulder's broader Open data initiatives.
