Member directory layout improvement

Current:
Member directory need some love. Avatars can be different sizes, names can be very long so it looks weird in current layout:

Expected:
My proposed solution is table with information such as:

• Avatar (image - small thumbnail)
• Name + indication if user is site Staff/Administrator
• Handle
• Location (visible only to users with permission to manage users - $accountLevelEditOthers)
• Account Level (visible only to users with permission to manage users - $accountLevelEditOthers)

I thin this is much more easier to read and liking more to the directory page.
