Add Instagram field to Social Media

Social Media currently has fields for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. This can be updated to include links to each ward leader's Instagram profile.

What about bluesky, mastadon, etc? Seems like we need to figure out a more flexible way to handle these?
