GTA 5 Enhanced resizing dosen't work

• This bug is only related to a single game

Summary

Making GTA 5 Enhanced borderless and resizing to full screen or custom window size makes the game window flicker while continuously trying to resize the game window. Making GTA 5 Enhanced borderless without any resizing does not have this issue.

I tried it with version 10.0.0.0, and version 10.1.2.0 from Steam, and also version 1.0.0.0 vnext from Steam.

If there's anything I can help with, or any problem with the information I've provided, please let me know

Steps to reproduce

1. Find and favorite/create profile for Grand Theft Auto V
2. Select 'Full Screen' or 'Set Window Size', then activate
3. Make game window active

same issue with tarkov, used to work before on tarkov.
does not matter what version on borderless gaming so it seems something with windows update or latest game update.
