Description of the changes
Add a command for moving a track from any position in the queue to any other position. This is very similar to
[p]bump, but more powerful.Have the changes in this PR been tested?
Yes
I've been running an instance with this change (among others) for ~2.5 years; I'm in the process of organizing those changes into individual features and submitting them upstream.
