[Feature Request]: Support creating a folder and manager workflow in the sidebar workflows panel.

What would your feature do ?

Right now, the workflow panel does not support creating a folder directly. Even if users have manually created a folder in user/workflows/, they still cannot directly drag other workflows into the folder. Some users in the WeChat group said they want a better workflow manager experience.

1. Support creating folders in the panel.
2. Support moving workflows into folders in the panel.
3. It would be great if they could just save the workflow output as a workflow, since the image already has a workflow in its metadata.
4. Support thumbnail will be great.

It seems that empty folders are not displayed by the workflows sidebar.

So if users were to create a new folder inside of the workflows sidebar, it'd never show up, and then users can't interact with the folder.

Showing empty folders would have to be possible for future enhancements to the workflow management inside of comfy.

I have a WIP implementation working around this by adding a hidden dummy file in the folder.

Isn't this somewhat hacky (What if the user makes their own empty directory? etc.)? I think we should just add functionality to fetch empty directories. There's an open PR for this on the backend,
