• open todo to test speed of logarithmic interpolation
• open question to @psychocoderHPC
• fix python module version in requirements.txt
• naming SynchrotronIdea might be too unspecific
• too long function in AlgorithmsSynchrotron.hpp

and:

• Add photon generation flag
• Turn off the extension if there are no species with synchrotron using only constexpr?
