When a call is sent and the other user has the app and phone closed and accepts the call, the screen looks like this. What is the solution?

So, the problem is Unknown Caller on Conversation screen.
You can get callerId from incoming callSession - callSession.callerId and get user by this id to show.

Also, when start new call you can set additional info for other call members -
callSession.startCall({'callerName' : 'UserName'});

And get it on receiver side -
var callerName = callSession.cubeSdp.userInfo?['callerName'];
