[magento-install]PHP Fatal error: Cannot use Composer\Installer

when install magento by:
composer create-project --repository-url=https://repo.magento.com/ magento/project-community-edition

i got this error:
Fatal error: Cannot use Composer\Installer as Installer because the name is already in use in phar:///usr/local/bin/composer/src/Composer/Plugin/PluginManager.php(193) : eval()'d code on line 13

please help tks!
